2. What we process and why
When you visit elanoron.com, the following data is processed automatically: IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, request date and time, and approximate geographic location derived from the IP.
We process this data to deliver the website to your browser and to protect it against attacks, abuse and fraud. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.
If you email us, we process your email address and the contents of your message to reply to you, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling correspondence) and, where relevant, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps).
3. Recipients and transfers
The website uses Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) as a content-delivery and security processor. Cloudflare may process the data above at edge servers inside or outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfers outside the EEA are covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (under which Cloudflare is certified) and the Standard Contractual Clauses in our Data Processing Addendum with Cloudflare.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes, except where required by law.
4. Cookies
The website itself sets no cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance) for security and bot management; these are exempt from prior consent under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC.
5. Retention
Server and Cloudflare access logs are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted or anonymised. Email correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle the matter and any resulting business relationship, then deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (https://www.cpdp.bg) or the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence.
7. Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
